Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla
2. Using a wooden spoon, beat lightly till just combined. Stir in flour and nuts.
3. Spread batter into a greased pan.
Brownie-Swirl-Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Brownie mixture
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Mix cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Mix in sugar until blended.
3. Add egg and vanilla. Mix just until blended.
4. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
5. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes. In Australia, I end up backing everything at 200 C.

you bake everything at 200? wow, I bake everything at 160. Partially because of the fan forced oven otherwise I would do it at 180.
