I'm happy to report that last night David slept from 7:30pm-7:30am!!!! How Awesome is that!!!! I have thought for the past few days that Dave was starting to stretch out his schedule, and low and behold, I'm right. Dont you just love being a mom the second time around! It is nice to THINK you know what you are doing with the second baby. Although, I will be the first one to admit that I am learning a lot with the second baby too. So far today, Dave has eaten every 4 hours. I suspect that he will switch between 3, 3 1/2, and 4 hours for a little while now. I dont expect him to stay on the 4 hour day schedule. Babies dont usually do that until they are about 4 months old (that is the "norm" anyways). He is a much bigger baby though than Noah was so maybe this schedule is here to stay until we start solids. Dave is such a good baby. We are so blessed! It is really nice for me and Shane to have both boys going to bed at the same time...then we actually get to have our evenings to ourselves!
